Thanks Ravi for the comments on the FEC 1/3 , I have updated the
document according to that. 

We need to define the following as a last steps to have a final stable
version of the bit-stream HW specs.

Now CRC and HEC are well defined. 
We need to define the Interfaces for the :
Whitening , FEC 1/3 and FEC 2/3 
Signals inputs and outputs for each block and how the block can process
its mentioned function in the document by interfacing with these
signals.

please review and provide me with what is needed above to complete the
whole scope of the document according to the same scheme used for the
completed components like CRC and HEC ...
