I'm working on a first draft of the document mapping NOUR register operations
onto the RF commands from this first document.  The register mapping document
will probably still be incomplete, because I think there are a number of points
I might not understand, but I will forward along the second document this 
evening so that we can all start getting familiar with it.  Thank you for your
feedback Jamil.
