It is an EEPROM so u need a programmer which will generate appropriate
programming voltages for storing something on it..

I have never stored anything on it.

Even for reading the data from SPD EEPROM one must have to design serial
interface so that it can read the data according 2 protocol.

So i guess it is too much of work getting those 128bytes!
