Hello,
On your page you list my company with the following caveats:

    smileglobal.com -- they say “20 Email Boxes, 100 MB Storage Per Box, 
    2 Gig of Total Storage” which makes me think they do not grok IMAP 
    and the fact that an IMAP user should be able to have an unlimited 
    number of IMAP-accessible mailboxes in her smileglobal.com account 


We do indeed grok IMAP. The distinctions between 'email boxes', 'email 
addresses', 'accounts', and 'folders' are fuzzy in the vernacular, and there 
is no easy way to express the terms to the average customer in such a way that 
there will not be confusion. If we were to say '20 email addresses', a 
significant population would ask 'but how many mailboxes do i get? or are the 
other addresses just aliases?'. By calling them Email Boxes, we are trying to 
get across that each address is its own unique mailbox with its own space. 
What you refer to as "IMAP-accessible mailboxes" is more properly IMAP-
accessible FOLDERS. You can create as many folders as you want within your 
mailbox, per the IMAP protocol. 

The point here is that with our Premium account, the customer gets 20 full-on 
email addresses, each with 100MB of storage. The customer can use Webmail, 
IMAP, POP3, whatever. There is no limit to the number of IMAP folders the 
customer can create within each of their 20 mailboxes.

I hope this clears up some confusion, though i suspect it may simply add to it!
