Hello Paul,

Thanks for your message. I just went to

  <http://www.smileglobal.com/ordersmile.html>

and it is still confusing to me. For example, here's the blurb
for one of the accounts:

  Smile Mail Premium
  $29.99 per year
  One-time $10.00 Setup
  20 Email Boxes
  100 MB Message Size Limit
100 MB Account Storage Per Box
  2 Gigabytes of Total Storage

My questions:

* Do each of these "20 Email Boxes" have their own user name and
password?

* Is one of these email boxes consider the master and have access
to the contents of the other email boxes or is each email box
accessible only to the person who has the user name and password
for that particular email box?

I agree that IMAP terminology can be confusing and since I'm so
immersed in it, it's hard for me to know what is the best
terminology to use when talking to regular people!

Please let me know the answers to these questions so I can update
my SmileGlobal entry on my IMAP page and maybe come up with a
suggestion for re-wording these blurbs (which of course you could
ignore!)

Thank you very much,
Nancy
