incoming-archive-folders cleanup

Before I walk you through setting up pine to access your FM 
INBOX, I want you to clean up your incoming-archive-folders. A 
lot of the problems that you were having before were because 
these are configured for your old pine setup. To avoid those 
problems and to get a clean setup, do the following.

1] Run 'pine' on titan.

2] Type 'MSC' (Main > Setup > Config).

3] Use your arrow keys to move to incoming-archive-folders.

4] Type 'D' (Delete) for *all* of your incoming-archive-folders 
values.

5] Exit and save.

6] Quit pine.

7] Run 'pine' on titan.

8] Type 'MSC' (Main > Setup > Config).

9] Copy & paste the value of incoming-archive-folders into a 
followup to this message.

It is essential that this is cleaned up before we proceed. 
That's why I've asked you to do steps 7-9.

Note: After we re-create your incoming-folders, we will 
re-create your incoming-archive-folders.
