Adding your FastMail.FM INBOX to your Pine incoming-folders list

To add your FastMail.FM mailbox to your Pine incoming-folders 
list, do the following.

1] Run 'pine' on titan.

2] Type 'ML' (Main > Folder List).

3] Use your arrow keys to move the focus to the incoming-folders 
INBOX.

4] Type 'A' (Add).

5] At the 'Name of server to contain added folder' prompt paste 
this:

mail.messagingengine.com/ssl/novalidate-cert/user=beartooth (AT) 
mailworks.org

    (and then replace ' (AT) ' with '@')


6] At the 'Folder on...' prompt, type this:

   INBOX

7] At the Nickname prompt, type this:

   FM-inbox

8] Save this and quit pine.

9] Run 'pine' on titan.

10] Type 'ML' and test that 'FM-inbox' opens your FastMail.FM 
INBOX.


Please do not create any other incoming-folders or any 
incoming-archive-folders until we do some more cleanup and 
testing.
