Addressing the issues:
1. The workflow was set up yesterday as per your instructions by me. 
When we tested yesterday we had set up sharing on the USA folder but 
subsequently removed them when we were trying to track down the issue. I 
have restored the sharing now but it is still not working. It would be 
great if you could have a close look at it as you are the most familiar 
with the workflow and when I set it up I was doing it for the first time 
and may have made errors.
2. Priyadarshan told me that Jagrata may have altered the Preferences 
form yesterday. I am going to follow up with him today and ask him to 
see if he can fix it.
3. We made a modification to Global Links that seems to have affected 
performnance in IE. I am going to try to address the issue myself now.
4. vsa_race is a product that Medur is working on and as to why it is 
there, you will have to ask either Medur or Priyadarshan.
