migrated content-folders are not published

Hi Guys,

as I mentioned earlier, the folders below the country folders are not
published. They are still in a private state.

This is unusable for large country sites like Russia. They would have
to publish them by hand. I either recommend an automated script to do
that or to migrate again where this state is set right.

What do you think?

PS: Otherwise content look correct in Mozilla and awful bad in IE.
