Customization

Hi Jagrata,

do you remember that I told you I've got problems customizing
displayContentsTab? Now it turns out I've got problems customizing ANYTHING.
Whatever I put in the custom Folder is disregarded by Plone. I'm wondering
if you've got the same problem (I'm talking about our local machines and the
exported srichinmoyraces.org). Just try to customize anything - for example
portlet_news. See if the changes come up.
