Hi Medur,

Let's go it one step at a time. Mallikarjun
and Dhyani, please review vsaCore.utils and
give some feedback. Refer to Medur's note
from 4/28/2004 describing the use.

Dhyani, would this solve the difficulty with
displayContentTab?

Is the functionality of getOptionsFromIniFile()
something that we don't get by writing products
in the plonish way?
