Issue 01 - vsaCore mail not working anymore

Hi Dhyani,

I am compiling a list of problems with the vsaCore version 0.1.

I will send the list, (waiting for GForge...), but here is the first 
one quite annoying:

Description:
The mail function (used when a new member registers on the site, and 
when a member or siteadmin wants to change his own password (or 
somebody else passwords), does not work anymore.

Example:
If you try the mail function on another site on zopepub 
(http://www.vasudevaservice.com) it works, but if you try it on a site 
where vsaCore is installed (http://www.srichinmoyraces.org) it does not 
work.
