Issue tracking: waiting for GForge

Hi,


while we wait for GForge (it sounds like waiting for Godot...), please 
do *not* submit issues directly to the list.

I am going to collect the bugs by anybody that is good enough to submit 
them personally to me, and I will organise them, and submit them to the 
list with some kind of order.
