Actually I still have WordPerfect 8 for Linux, but I did my last Resume in Open Office.  I've had access to free Windows licenses for the past 4 years, but prefer not to run 
XP at home because despite what I would consider great strides in stability it still is not as stable as Linux.  My problem with Microsoft is less to do with their software and 
more to do with their extremely poor customer support over the years.  I purchased quite a few versions of DOS, Windows and other Microsoft products only to find that 
when I needed support from Microsoft I couldn't get it.  I've never liked Word, Wordperfect was for many years so much better.  Corel, to me, looks like they're going to be in 
financial trouble again soon.  They've been buying up companies like candy but don't seem to leading in any particular sector anymore.  (Adobe seems to have graphics wrapped 
up and Microsoft the office suites).  It would be nice to see software like Open Office replace MS Office but that would be a pretty amazing feat!
