Oh man this brings back memories.  I worked at Dialogic in Parsippany
for a couple of years.  I needed to hirer a team to do driver
development on Solaris.  I hope it has changed but NJIT graduates were a
joke.  As far as I could tell not a single one of them had ever done
programming without the Microsoft IDE.  For you own sake find another
school.
