O.K.  So you can view the files.  That does not mean I have to give your
the format.  Interpreting the format is the point of the software used
to read it.  All else is reverse engineering.

Now I may require you to sign a contract to not reverse engineer it if
you purchase my product.  Then it is not longer covered under copyright
law.  It is covered under contract law.  Big difference.
