I agree totally with this statement.  This will not change immediatly
and it must be changed in the right way.  You tax money and mine is
allocated by the government.  If you want it changed, lobby for it and
vote for people that believe as you do.

Sounds like you are doing the first.  The second is pretty hard to do as
the people I would vote for rarely get large campaign donations.  But
that can change.  Get involved there too.
