I agree. Demonstrate cross-platform apps (like those found on GnuWinII, The Open CD, etc.) and even give those discs out to people. For folks interested in Linux, but not quite ready to take the leap, you could have Knoppix discs on hand. And of course, for the people who are either completely sold, or just plain fed up with Windows and wanting to wipe it completely, you could bring a collection of (various?)
