Based on how you described the product I would think a dual license
method would be useful to you.

Obviously you do not support the F/LOSS licensed software (there are
hundreds of acceptable OSS licenses) extensively, but, do support the
commercial version fully.

I suggest you look at how Mozilla, OpenOffice, and primarily MySQL
function.
