If you have any Cisco gear that has enough serial ports to make a 
console server out of, I'd be interested. Especially if you have any 
2511's with the RJ-45 jacks... =)

Hit me up with a list of things offlist you'd be willing to part with 
and maybe there's something I'd be interested in.
