That's exactly what happened but not in the way we would have expected. We went to the main to that room, popped it open and got the handy multi meter. Hot side tested at 208. Other side at 104. We figured we had lost 1 fuse. So we swapped out one of the fuses. Multi meter showed 160 ish. The fuse we just pulled out, check the resistance on it and it was fine. Removed the other fuse on the main and put the one we just pulled out in, and it was 208 like it should be. Now the weirdest part, the last fuse we pulled out tested good as well.
