I can say with nearly absolute certainty that the bandwidth, and access
to it, are non-issues (as long as you aren't doing this at the old
family farmstead that is 20 miles away from any Telephone central
offices :-).

The location of the customers has nothing to do with the location of the
data other than being a selling point.
