Yes, it's cheap. However, last time I had a customer service issue with them their response was, and I quote, "Well, we ARE a cheap bandwidth provider, we just don't do all the things other companies do." This was after they refused to block a DDOS attack targeted to us. I ended up having to re-route the affected block through another provider who would filter.
