Anything that does a decent SCSI-generic-tape-changer impersonation will work well. Despite hating lots of things about Sony, their tape drives are pretty good. An AIT-3 tape drive will hold about 800GB per tape, which should be enough for a complete dump of all those machines plus room for expansion. Alternatively, an 8-tape changer with an AIT-2 drive will put you into a nice weekly rotation.
