Well, yes. Netsol is betting on:

- mass-market customers don't use all that space or all that
  bandwidth -- they're just promising not to kick out the
  occasional user who fills their quota. 

- performance is not a significant factor. It's possible that
  you can't actually transfer 5TB/month -- 15Mb/s might not be
  achievable on any of their loaded boxes. 

- no customization per user, no interaction which isn't scripted
  or automated

- no help, no one who cares.
