This is kinda like the old dialup days. Lots of ISPs did te unlimited thing knowing most customers would use a fairly small number of hours. Most web hosting customers can't possibly use 500GB of space or 5 terabytes of data transfer per month. I bet if a bunch of sites started using these services to the full potential that things might slow significantly. Just like the old days, customer service is the key.
