Check out http://zeroshell.net/eng/ .... it's an all in one package. 
More like network in a box. I imagine it can be tweaked to auth to an 
existing RADIUS server. I have done some light demoing of zeroshell but 
don't have extensive experience with it.

Also check out Sputnik. I used them to manage hundreds of hot spots all 
over the country and have been extremely pleased with the level and 
quality of service they provide.
