If it's 208 wye, then 120V is trivial.  Connect your convenience outlet 
between any hot leg and neutral.

Any modern KVM gear will handle 120 or 208 automatically so the need for 
a 120V outlet may not be as great as you think.  For carts with a NEMA 
5-15, consider stowing a long extension cord in the rack as most 
buildings will have convenience outlets on the wall for such temporary 
use.
