Yes. It is included in some license "feature" packs, particularly on the Viprion's. It may be included by default in most loads running 10.x code now however. If you can't easily find an answer I can ask my F5 salesperson. I will add in my general impression and biases re: load balancers, just because, well, I can. I worked at F5 in its early days, and I've been a customer pretty much continuously since then- so thats more than 10 years using the gear. Obviously I like their products. That said, if you do not need their functionality- and won't need it in the future- then there are obviously other good products out there. For basic stuff, Foundry has good products and netscalar is probably the closest in functionality to F5- but nothing on the market compares to what you can do with iRules. I have found Netscalers reliable, but I am frustrated by their overbearing UI requirements. F5 is great about keeping cli, config file, web ui and SOAP api all equivalent in functionality.
