But then again if you purchase most any wireless back-haul pt-2-pt radios,
if they sell you a 100 meg radio, that means 100 total.  Typically that can
be either 25x75, 50x50 or 75x25 depending on out you configure them.

That is only how they bill it.  The definition of full-duplex is that you
can send an receive simultaneously.  If they say 100 Mbps means the total of
send + receive, that is half-duplex.  Since they are clearly confused, tell
them to buy a dictionary (since using BING is clearly beyond them).

It should difficult for anyone to argue "X != X".  That said, if anyone
could argue such a thing, it would be a telephone company technician....
