[kjk] Sorry, I did mis-state that.  The same circuit run in full-duplex can
have greatly more capacity that it would run in half-duplex.  The duplex
configuration does not change the metering, policing or shaping policies
applied to the circuit.

[kjk] I seriously doubt the provider said they "would not provide", it is
much more likely the end user "agreed to pay for"...
