Rubbish, the process is already automated. Cumbersome, yes, but 
automated nevertheless. I haven't looked at it but it strikes me that 
removing humans from the equation also removes the check and balances. 
If you register a domain there, can you be sure that somebody else won't 
be able to hijack it?

However, a glance at CozaReg.com seems to reveal a basic web form based 
on the original coza text file; in other words a simpler interface and 
definitely a step in the right direction. BTW, I wonder how many people 
using the service will understand what a nameserver is?
