the current co.za registration process has been automated since
(virtually) inception.

Aside from exceptions (*1) - no humans are involved or have been
involved - it is simply not possible to handle the volumes at the
current rates.

Looks like they provide an option to use their nameservers.

*1 - the form 2 update procedure requires manual intervention for when
the ticket system fails for whatever reason.
