I don't really see how this is newsworthy at all. It's just a html 
template for the submission of the information. Probably a simple PHP 
replace script behind it. Something we use on our side as well to 
automate the Co.Za registration.
In my opinion a proper automation would be:

A) Sign up with customer details (create an account) - This would be 
used as the registrant information
B) Select host provider or choose free automated parking (something like 
sedo or what godaddy do)
C) Pay by Credit Card or Paypal
