A quick check showed that we've received one SORBS DUL-related complaint (resolved) in the past six months. If we receive a complaint about mail being blocked (there are avenues besides mail to contact us), we will investigate and do our best to resolve. So Roland, please send us an example of the bounce off-list and we'll look into it.
