No.  The recipient of email has to PAY MONEY to receive SPAM. This
is common theft.

Yes, it is a way to waste other people's money to send your 
marketing message.

If you hate someone send them 1000 1mb attachments with
your latest .jpg Viagra offering. They can always unsubscribe
so domain email addresses like for example @andre.co.za 
where one account receives all email for info@ support@
sales@ and smith@ regularly receive hundreds of MB's worth
of unsolicited marketing and I guess it could cost as much as 
R100+ per month on wasted bandwidth.

This is just plain THEFT.

Yes, but someone does nto have to pay to receive the leaflet. So the
point of this very clever example I am just too stupid to understand.
