From there attorneys will file civil and criminal suits on behalf of clients against people like Dr Jude and Johan the fire inspection guy and the R300 odd rand website gal, etc. And I gaurantee you the first spammer that actually pays for his/her spam will result in 1000 less spammers, overnight. The publicity alone will cause a drop in SA spammers.
