If the 0860 numbers don't work from where you are, you can dial

011 340 7200 (for Business customers)
021 596 8300 (for Residential customers)

You can also get hold of us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MWEB)
and Twitter (@MWEBGuy), although not manned 24 hours a day.
