Calling back and staying on hold put me through in a cycle to the same call attendant menu. The second number +27 21 596 8855 went straight through to a voicemail box without ringing. According to my Skype log, these are the numbers I tried: +27215968855 +27215968300 +27113407171 (Call ended – phone network error) +27113407200 (Call ended 1 second) +27113407180 +27113408400 It looks like the call attendant scripts have bugs in them at night, attempting to connect to tech support at night results in the call dropping straight away. The sales lines have a "please call us during office hours" message, and then put the caller through to an engaged tone, which sounds like a more generic menu is being tried, but it isn't working. > remarks: abuse e-mail: <[email protected]>, phone: +27 21 596 8300 > phone: +27 21 596 8472 > phone: +27 21 596 6472 Didn't find either of these two numbers, rats.
