  Let me get this straight, just to think of, and want to register a
domain, I have to pay 5k (rand) to have it considered , non refundable ?
  I would rather work on the spam filters than use cash to inhibit spam.
All this achieves is moving ligit .za domains off shore (which was the
first problem)
  and making money off popular brands which is, off shore, what is going on
here ?
