Re: Voice spectrum swapped for LTE

I work with these "International" carriers, who claim they have NOC's
around the world do that have 24/7 support.
They do, but its about as useful as having one guy with a cellphone.

Sure, they can tell you if a service is up/down and they can do basic
troubleshooting, but if it goes beyond that you end up getting told to wait
until the local engineer is awake and can investigate further. Some may
even wake the local engineer for you.
