Afrihost

These clowns are making me nervous. I'm trying to take a domain away 
from them that was registered through them initially by a previous 
developer/ISP crowd. I am being told that I must first "cancel the 
domain" and then "tell my new ISP to initiate a transfer request".

To my uninitiated mind, that crates a window for a domain squatter to 
step in and steal a domain in which I have a lot invested so it's making 
me very twitchy. Can anybody put me onto someone at Afrihost who can put 
my mind at ease?
