Howdy folks, is there a technical reference document over this debate ?
I've looked over dns.net.za posts and website, and there is no real
technical (For dns admins) over who and where, are sighing or responsible
for za. Also, looking over za, web.za, org.za root servers is confusing (to
me, I'm no expert). Also looking at zadns provisional financial statements,
a budget that increases quite a bit monthly, the "za dns administration and
dnsec" budget was 45k a month last year august, I'm just curious what the
hold up is, it is a year ago, and co.za would logically be the most
important signed 2 tld. Further the links on dns.za.net over dnsec for co.za
does not link to an actual document, so where is the current, relevant and
official source for information, on the basis dns.net.za is a reliable
source. (reference http://www.dns.net.za/blog/dnssec-16) As well as
http://dotconnectafrica.org/ reading is also interesting.

On a separate note, I read through the ZACRS/ICANN versus DCA over the
.africa domain issue, interesting reading (International center for dispute
resolution, case #50 2013 001083) which was years ago, yet .africa is as
far as I know unused. (As per dns.net.za)

It would really help if information that is relevant to admins is
available, or just simply a basis on deciding on steps on a reliable domain
for a .co that wants reliability and security.
