If you want technical answers about DNSSEC in the ZA (sub)zone(s), I'm 
pretty sure asking questions on 
http://lists.coza.net.za/listinfo/zadnsops is the way to go.


If you want to see usage for .africa, simply typing in +site:.africa to 
google gives me about 95000 results, which is not bad for a zone that 
has been in GA for less than a day.


http://africainonespace.org/litigation.php contains an un-emotive 
chronicle of the DCA saga.


It's a bit difficult to extract further questions from your email....
