We are not in disagreement about that. 

The simple fact is that is is not very useful, in fact, since posting
on ioz, general list, you have been much more responsive.

So, two things about that;

Firstly, it takes me being combative and generally rude and obnoxious
to get response

And Secondly, thank you (and your staff) for that.

(actually, thirdly, lets see if you meet the September date and when
you do/do not whether you bother telling anyone.
