They are doing that at 350 E. Cermak. When Hivelocity abandoned Chicago, they rushed everyone out of Suite 240. We had the same customer not get renewed in Frankfurth last year and now in Ashburn this week. They are clearing out suites to lease to hyperscale customers. I totally understand the business decision on their side, but I think this will become more common place in the future.
