I personally use these:

"Unmanaged" with  QoS, VLAN, IGMP Snooping etc.

TPlink TL-SG108E
TPlink TL-SG105E

There now three categories of switches.
- Unmanaged dumb.
- "Unmanaged" web/smart
- Managed
