Peer to peer communication will become more important as we go forward.
People will want to share and communicate with their neighbors and friends
that live down the street or in the same city or general area.

Because of this, the importance and reliance of regional exchanges will go
up. To successfully share files via a peer to peer network, use VoIP and
Video over IP, you need reduce the amount of Packet Loss, Latency and
Jitter.
