I agree, of course and thank you for pointing this out. People generally =
only do things that are economically sustainable regardless of policy =
benefits. Its important that those of use who operate REPs keep that in =
mind. There may be lots of good and altruistic reasons to do things but =
unless we can find ways to do them in an economically sustainable fashion =
we're probably wasting our time.
