That's true of all exchanges.  No exchanges exist in places where _nobody_
has customers.  Sane folks only peer where they have some local customer
base.

And UUNet's economic zone of interest is mostly-global.  What distinction
are you making?

It's like you guys are saying that "region" doesn't mean "region", it
specifically means "medium-sized-region" and that all other sizes of
region need to be called something else.

What's the point?  Why are you guys trying to define yourselves as
somthing other than exchanges?  Who benefits from this artificial
distinction?
